Verbal Fight between Aquino And Villar
There has been much friction between two of the most popular presidential candidates in the upcoming Philippines 2010 Election in May.
Senator Manny Villar alongside Senator Richard "Dick" Gordon questioned the competence of Senator Noynoy Aquino if ever he gets elected as the next president of the country. Gordon asked Noynoy what had he done to improve the state of his hometown which is Tarlac. Villar questioned Aquino if he has done anything. To read more on this issue, you could read this article.
Aquino then decided to hit back at Villar by answering the questions Villar had thrown at him. He also accused Villar of claiming credits for what others did. The full article regarding this can be found here.

Aquino not bothered with Villar Survey Result
It appears that in the latest survey conducted for the 2010 Presidential Elections has shown that the gap between Senator Manny Villar and Senator Noynoy Aquino's survey ratings are narrowing. Senator Manny Villar's rating is going up as opposed to Senator Noynoy Aquino's which has declined. Although this was the result, Noynoy has admitted that he is not bothered with the survey result.
